Outbidz ranks AI tools to help readers pick the right tool faster. This page explains how rankings and reviews are made, so readers can judge them for themselves.
How we test
We sign up for tools where possible, run the same kind of real task a reader would (for example writing, editing, generating, or organising), and score each tool on features, ease of use, pricing and value, and real-world result. We note honest limitations, not just strengths, and we say who a tool is NOT for.
Pricing
Pricing is checked at the time of writing and stated in each article with its check date where given. Prices change, so readers should confirm the current price on the vendor’s own website before buying.
Rankings and bids
The leaderboard ranking is based on editorial scores, which are merit-based. A paid bid buys only a clearly labelled Sponsored placement on the leaderboard; it never affects editorial scores or editorial ranking. Editorial reviews are never sold.
Sponsored placements
Sponsored placements are paid, clearly labelled, and separate from the editorial ranking. A paid bid buys a Sponsored placement on the leaderboard; it never affects editorial scores or editorial ranking, which are merit-based. See Claim Your Rank.
Updates
Articles are reviewed periodically and updated when pricing, features, or a tool’s quality changes materially. The update date is shown on updated articles.
What we do not do
We do not copy other sites’ reviews, we do not publish fake reviews, and we do not guarantee that a tool will work for every reader.
Contact
Readers can contact Outbidz via the Contact page with corrections, pricing changes, or testing suggestions.
